The spreadsheet syntax - explained

There are 5 rows in the spreadsheet used for the import

1. Account no.
2. Text note
3. From date *
   
4. To date *
5. Amount (rember income is negativ and expense is positive in accounting ) **
   

* Data needs to be in this format yyyy-mm-dd i.e. 2009-12-01, google sheet can format this for you and
** So far tested with danish number separators i.e. one thousand is 1.000,00, alternatively don't use thousand separators

How to export budget data to www.e-conomic.dk

1. Create a Google spreadsheet to use for exporting your budget data into www.e-conomic.dk, see the picture below for the syntax
   
2. Add the gadget from this url http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/117702584331648449273/cs-gadget-16.xml?nocache
3. Enter the values you wish to export to E-conomic
   
4. Enter your Agreement no. and user id
5. Press "anvend" (use in danish)
6. Mark the values you wish to import in the the interval field
7. Enter e-conomic password in the password field
8. Press "Update e-conomic" to import your budget data
